Did you know ... ... how to pre-enter content for the TMS product description in MS Excel and transfer it to the TMS product description using the Windows clipboard (ctrl-c / copy and ctrl-v / paste)?
How do you proceed?- Enter the contents of your goods description in an Excel sheet.
- Make sure that the columns in Excel correspond to the columns in your product description. Headings are not required.
- The empty columns D and F correspond to the columns "Waco" and "kg/lbs" in the TMS product description.
- As these are not filled in Excel, they also remain empty in the goods description.
- Select the entire area and paste it into the Windows clipboard. Now click in the "Character" column in the product description (or alternatively the column in which you want to start pasting).
- In the context menu, select "Paste" or click on the "Paste" button.
- Your rows have now been inserted.
Of course, you can also insert only content or only characters, for example. The entry in Excel must always correspond to the columns in CargoSoft.
